In accordance with applicable European consumer protection legislation, customers who qualify as consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase made on briconexto.com without providing any reason and without incurring penalties, within 14 days from the date on which the customer, or a third party designated by the customer (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform Mare SRL Unipersonale of their decision to withdraw from the contract by sending a clear and unequivocal statement via email to:
The request must include at least the following information:
Order number
Name of the customer
Description of the product(s) concerned
Date of receipt of the goods
The use of a standard withdrawal form is not mandatory, provided that the communication clearly expresses the intention to withdraw.
If the customer withdraws from the contract, all payments received for the returned products will be reimbursed, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of the withdrawal decision.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
The customer must return the goods without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the date on which the withdrawal decision was communicated.
Returned products must:
Be unused and undamaged
Be returned in their original packaging
Include all accessories, manuals, and components
The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise stated or required by law.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases, as permitted by law:
Goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized
Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery
Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items
Digital content supplied immediately after purchase with the consumer’s prior consent
The customer may be held liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
The exercise of the right of withdrawal is without prejudice to the consumer’s rights under the legal guarantee of conformity provided by applicable law.
